Fiona lives in Connemara, Galway.

Fiona spent four years studying with Dr. Aviva Romm, completing the Herbalism for Women Course and the Functional & Integrative Medicine Professional Training Program.
Fiona is a trained Ayurvedic Counsellor and Cook having studied with The Narayan Academy, in the Lower Himalayas, India at the Sattva Yoga Academy and with Divya Alter in New York.
Fiona is presently studying with David Winston as part of the 24/26 cohort at David’s Centre for Herbal Studies.
